Our service
Sewaloka is a platform for registered RENs, PEAs, REAs and agencies to advertise property, and for the public to find it. We are not a real estate agent and not a party to any transaction.
REN and agency accounts
You must give true details, including a valid registration number, and keep your account secure. We may refuse, suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law.
Listings
You are responsible for your listings being accurate and for your rights to the photos you upload. Listings must be lawful, true and follow LPEPH rules. We may review, reject or remove listings.
RENCast
RENCast sends posts to your own accounts and is used at your own responsibility. You are responsible for what is posted and must follow Meta's terms. Meta may limit or block your account and we cannot restore it. We do not promise posts go out on time, or any reach, leads or sales.
Tokens and payments
Token purchases are processed by Billplz. Prices and paid services are shown before you pay.
Calculators
Calculators on Sewaloka are estimates only and are not financial, legal or tax advice.
Limit of liability
Sewaloka is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss from using the site, transactions between users, or interruptions to third-party services.
Changes and law
We may update these terms, and the date above will change. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
